We had Chef Dan cook dinner for us during a bachelor party trip to Austin, and it couldn’t have been better. The smoked brisket tacos and blackened catfish were unreal — easily the highlight meal of the trip. Chef Dan made everything super easy, kept the vibe relaxed, and left the place spotless. Would absolutely book again.

We really enjoyed our Chef Dan and the meals he cooked for us in our home! This was a gift from our kids who did the research and hired Chef Dan! The plates were all an Italian menu and were a nice selection of delectable meals. He made about 7 different meals and small plates. This comprised of fresh pastas, burata and Parmesan, chicken and steak and tiramisu! It was a evening that we will always remember ~ thanks to and compliments to the Chef
